Mission Statement:

My mission for this program is to use technology to assist people in their day to day basis, specifically those who are physically or mentally challenged.

Goals: My mission for this program is to use technology to assist people in their day to day basis, specifically those who are physically or mentally challenged. "1. Get this idea to spread to others .Have it be an impact on any person to have tried this technology. Have the technology be affordable and simple to use on a normal basis
Objectives:
  • Have the mission be accepted by superiors
  • Have a form of technology turned into a device that is applied to help others
  • Have that device pitched to potential sponsors
  • Use the money to make more of the device and advertise the product
  • Help more and more people.

    Strategies:
  • Make device
  • Pitch device to sponsors
  • Use money received to make more devices
  • Advertise the device to potential customers
  • Make more devices and repeat the process
  • First I would have to make the device.
  • I would be alone at the time, so I would go with a simple form of technology and turn it into something more compatible for a day to day basis.
  • After my device is completed, I would pitch the device to other people, mainly sponsors who can provide money to continue the project.
  • A way to find sponsors would be to contact family members and family friends to help get money to continue.
  • I would have some money by this point. Ideally I would have enough to make several devices after proper testing.
  • I would also ideally have more help to do this. I would take a few of the devices and use those for testing in the outside world.
  • After the testing phase is complete, and the product is safe to use in the public, I would advertise the device to the public, especially to my target audience.
  • I would sell the devices for an affordable price so that the consumers can actually buy it, and my company can make a profit.
  • I would use the profit made to entirely focus on making new devices.
  • All my employees would be volunteer based, and they would also have to have experience in technology. Using the money received in the profits, and the employees brains, I would research in more forms of technology to make more portable and compatible for day to day use. At this point, steps 1-4 would be repeated.
  • At the moment this is a long term business plan, however, what I plan to do with the money I make in the near future is simple. I want to provide education for those who can’t get it. Not just those who can’t afford it, but those who are usually ridiculed by the educational society due to their physical and mental challenges.

    13. E-Waste: Dark Side of Digital Age >> These days, it's often cheaper and more convenient to buy a new PC than to upgrade an old one. But what happens to those old computers once they've been abandoned for newer models? The refuse from discarded electronics products, also known as e-waste, often ends up in landfills or incinerators instead of being recycled. And that means toxic substances like lead, cadmium and mercury that are commonly used in these products can contaminate the land, water and air.
